The MAC1226 Mission Coupling is a high-quality flexible reducer designed to securely connect 110–122mm pipework to 60–68mm pipework. Manufactured using premium-grade elastomeric rubber and reinforced with stainless steel clamps, it provides a reliable, watertight solution for adapting between different pipe diameters in drainage and sewer systems.

Product Features/Specifications:

This coupling features a durable EPDM rubber body with corrosion-resistant stainless steel bands that maintain firm, even pressure around both pipe sizes. Its flexible design allows for easy adaptation between large and small pipe diameters, ensuring a smooth and secure transition.

Detailed Product Benefits:

Engineered for long-term underground performance, the MAC1226 coupling ensures excellent sealing capability across varying pipe materials and dimensions. The robust EPDM rubber resists chemical exposure, moisture, soil pressure, and ground movement, while the stainless steel clamps deliver uniform compression for a leak-free connection. The reducer design makes the coupling ideal for situations where existing pipework must be modified or downsized without the need for complex fittings or specialist tools. Its flexibility also compensates for uneven pipe edges and slight misalignments, reducing installation time and improving overall reliability.

Applications and Versatility:

The MAC1226 is commonly used in underground drainage, sewer lines, adaptation work, and repairs where 110–122mm pipes must be joined to 60–68mm pipework. Suitable for clay, plastic, and other pipe materials, it is ideal for refurbishment projects, new installations, and maintenance tasks requiring a dependable reduction from a larger to a smaller diameter.

Features & Benefits List:

  • Connects 110–122mm pipes to 60–68mm pipes
  • High-quality EPDM rubber for long-lasting durability
  • Stainless steel clamps ensure strong, even sealing pressure
  • Provides a leak-proof, flexible, and airtight seal
  • Allows for dimensional differences and minor alignment issues
  • Simple installation with standard tools
  • Suitable for both repairs and new drainage setups

Technical Specifications:

  • Compatibility: 110–122mm pipe to 60–68mm pipe
  • Materials: EPDM rubber body with 316-grade stainless steel bands
  • Applications: Drainage, sewer, underground pipe adaptation
  • Performance: Meets industry standards for flexible and reducer couplings

Additional Information:

For best results, ensure both pipes are clean before fitting. Tighten clamps evenly to create a uniform, secure seal. Delivery may vary depending on order quantities.
