The Land Drain Multi Junction 125/160 x 60 – 160 is a versatile and durable underground drainage fitting designed to connect land drain pipes of multiple sizes at a junction point. Ideal for agricultural, civil, and landscaping drainage systems, this fitting allows for seamless integration of 60mm, 125mm, and 160mm land drain pipes into a single layout.

Product Features/Specifications:

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (depending on stock), this multi junction features three inlets/outlets designed to accept 60mm, 125mm, and 160mm perforated or unperforated land drain pipes. The watertight, pressure-free connection is quick to install and resists deformation, cracking, and corrosion under standard ground conditions.

Detailed Product Benefits:

This multi junction eliminates the need for multiple adaptors and reduces time spent on-site configuring complex drainage layouts. Its robust construction ensures long-term performance, even in aggressive soil or weather conditions.

The fitting offers high flexibility in layout design, allowing multiple land drain lines to converge into a main outlet pipe. It improves system efficiency by promoting consistent water flow from lateral drains to primary outlets. UV-stable and root-resistant, the junction is ideal for both surface and subsurface installations.

Applications and Versatility:

  • Agricultural drainage systems
  • Sports field and pitch drainage
  • Landscaping and garden soakaway setups
  • Civil engineering groundwork
  • Perimeter drainage and flood management projects
  • Compatible with standard corrugated land drain coils and smooth bore pipes (with or without adaptors depending on pipe type).

Features & Benefits List:

  • Multi-size compatibility: 60mm, 125mm, and 160mm pipes
  • Strong, impact-resistant body
  • Reduces need for multiple adaptors or couplers
  • Quick-fit design for efficient on-site installation
  • Supports efficient flow from lateral to main drain lines
  • UV-stabilised and corrosion-resistant
  • Suitable for agricultural, landscaping, and civil use

Technical Specifications:

  • Inlet/Outlet Sizes: 60mm, 125mm, 160mm
  • Material: HDPE or PP (depending on manufacturer)
  • Colour: Typically black
  • Connection Type: Push-fit (corrugated pipe compatible)
  • Installation Depth: Suitable for standard trench depths
  • Resistance: UV, corrosion, and chemical resistant

Additional Information:

Ensure pipe ends are clean and trimmed square before installation. Secure with suitable land drain connectors if required. For best performance, install with a suitable geotextile surround in free-draining aggregate.
