300mm Type 4 housing ties, designed for use in domestic buildings up to 10 metres high. Ideal for wide cavity construction where strength and compliance with building regulations are essential.
Product Features:
Type 4 housing tie – Approved for use in dwellings up to 10m in height
300mm length – Suitable for cavity widths of 126–150mm
Galvanised steel – Corrosion-resistant for long-lasting performance
Complies with BS EN 845-1 – Meets UK building standards

Delivery Information
We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply. We deliver within a 15 mile radius of our depot.
We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvenient then we will try our best to accommodate a suitable delivery date.
Click & Collect Information
Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.
We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
