Delivery Information

We offer FREE local delivery on all orders over £120.00 (£100.00 excluding vat). For all other orders a £12.00 (£10.00 plus vat) local delivery charge will apply. We deliver within a 15 mile radius of our depot.

Please note that all deliveries are kerbside only.

This means our drivers will deliver your goods to the nearest safe access point at your property (typically the kerbside or driveway entrance). Unfortunately, we’re unable to move materials beyond this point or into gardens, properties, or specific locations on site.

We kindly ask that you ensure:

  • There is suitable access for our delivery vehicles
  • Someone is available on site if assistance is required
  • You have arrangements in place to move goods to your desired location

Our drivers will always do their best to place your order as safely and conveniently as possible.

We aim to deliver stocked items usually within 2-3 working days but in busier periods this can sometimes take longer. On receipt of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to advise an intended delivery date, should this delivery date be inconvenient then we will try our best to accommodate a suitable delivery date.

 

Click & Collect Information

Orders can also be collected from either of our depots. We will contact you by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

We aim to process your order and have goods ready for collection within the same working day (stocked items only) on all orders placed before 1pm, orders after 1pm will be ready the following working day. In the event of your ordered items being out of stock we will contact you with an estimated lead time on your order.
