JPB-50009870

The MAC1154 Mission Coupling is a high-quality flexible reducer designed to create a secure, watertight connection between 100–110mm pipework and 50–68mm pipework. Manufactured from premium elastomeric rubber with stainless steel clamping bands, it offers a dependable solution for adapting between larger and smaller pipe diameters in drainage and sewer installations.

Product Features/Specifications:

This reducer coupling features a durable EPDM rubber body reinforced with corrosion-resistant stainless steel clamps that apply even sealing pressure. Its flexibility allows for smooth transition between mismatched pipe sizes, accommodating variations in pipe materials, diameters, and alignment.

Detailed Product Benefits:

Engineered for long-term performance in underground environments, the MAC1154 delivers exceptional sealing capability across mixed pipe dimensions. The EPDM rubber resists chemicals, moisture, and soil movement, ensuring consistent sealing even under pressure. The stainless steel bands provide uniform compression around both pipe sizes, preventing leaks and maintaining structural stability. The coupling’s flexible reducer design removes the need for rigid reduction fittings, simplifying installation and saving time on site. It also compensates for uneven pipe ends, minor misalignment, and dimensional variance, enhancing the reliability of the overall drainage system.

Applications and Versatility:

The MAC1154 is ideal for underground drainage systems, sewer transitions, pipe downsizing, and repair work where 100–110mm pipework must be connected to 50–68mm pipework. Suitable for clay, plastic (PVC/ABS), and other common pipe materials, it is widely used in renovations, new construction, maintenance operations, and retrofit applications requiring a secure reduction between pipe diameters.

Features & Benefits List:

  • Connects 100–110mm pipes to 50–68mm pipes
  • Durable EPDM rubber construction for long-lasting performance
  • 316 stainless steel clamps ensure strong and even sealing pressure
  • Provides a watertight, airtight, and flexible seal
  • Absorbs minor pipe misalignment and ground movement
  • Quick, straightforward installation—no specialist tools required
  • Suitable for repairs, upgrades, and mixed-diameter pipe systems

Technical Specifications:

  • Pipe Compatibility: 100–110mm to 50–68mm
  • Materials: EPDM rubber with 316 stainless steel banding
  • Applications: Underground drainage, sewer systems, pipe reduction
  • Performance: Manufactured to industry standards for flexible reducer couplings

Additional Information:

Ensure all pipe surfaces are clean before installation. Tighten stainless steel clamps gradually and evenly to achieve maximum sealing efficiency. Bulk orders may be delivered palletised.
